Ugh – watch this if you want to lose your lunch

If you want to get a good summary of all the different liberal attacks against the Tea Party movement, try and stomach this clip of Olbermann and Garofalo.  You’ll get to see Olbermann’s smirk as he says “teabagger” a few times – apparently he thinks he thought that one up himself.  Then you can listen to Garofalo spout out all kinds of psuedo-scientific terms, trying to make herself sound intellectual.  They both harp on about how Fox organized the whole Tea Party movement, but then they downplay it because supposedly noone showed up.

Garofalo says the movement is all about racism, about how the Tea Party people hate Obama because he’s black.  Since she didn’t bother to get informed, we can’t expect her to know that many WASP Republicans were booed out of the various Tea Party celebrations – not because they were black, but because of their liberal policies.

Toward the end of the clip it gets really confusing.  Garofalo says the Tea Parties are all made up of racists, and is amazed at how many racists there are, but at the same time, according to her noone was at the Tea Parties.  Olbermann thinks that Fox is only hurting themselves by organizing the Tea Parties (although they didn’t organize them), even though Fox’s ratings are just beating the crap out of MSNBC’s.  The contradictory statements from these two loons makes it hard to stick with it until the end.

Sorry to put you through this, but it’s important to understand the alternate view of the world, even when it seems like that view is so insane that surely noone actually can believe it.  There are plenty of Olbermann’s and Garofalo’s out there, and they’ve been gradually pushing this country toward socialism, mainly because we as conservatives have assumed that noone would really listen to them.  It’s time to make ourselves heard.
